For over 30 years, you could find me working in the realm of Real Estate. My Real Estate career began in construction along the eastern United States and soon branched off into working with investors and developers, specializing in brokerage and/or development of lavish golfing communities, luxury condominiums and single family homes in the Southeastern United States. In 1991, I launched MEDCO Enterprises to support my constructional and developmental ideas, eventually reaching Florida where it is still active. I took my vast knowledge of real estate sales, construction, development and investing and planted Palatial Real Estate and Investments in Raleigh, North Carolina. This new era of Palatial Realty and Investments is eager to offer individuals the right tools that they will need in order to be successful in their Real Estate Endeavors. When I am not making deals, I enjoy spending quality time with my beautiful wife of 26 years Colleen, golfing, traveling the world and overcoming challenges. |

About Our Company
With over 20 years of experience in all phases of custom residential construction. MEHDI MOSHAASHAEE attended the University of Maryland with a four year degree in Electrical and two year degree in Mechanical Engineering. In January 1985 he was involved in real estate in the states of VA, NC, FL and SC.
